Scooby-Doo and the Haunted Castle

This interactive dark ride replaced the park's much maligned — and vandalized — Phantom Theater. Inside, guests board mini-Mystery Machines to help blast ghosts and solve a mystery. Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy, and Scooby are all featured in the ride, offering a bit of nostalgia for weary parents.

Lifthill comments: Although located in the kid's portion of the park, this ride can be a lot of fun for adults. The added element of scoring points makes the attraction into a ride-through video game of sorts, and on really hot days the cool air-conditioning of the ride can be just what the doctor ordered. Plus, there is quite a high nostalgia factor for anyone who grew up wanting Scooby Snacks.
