Busch to offload amusement parks to Blackstone?

Suits from Blackstone and Busch Entertainment have been seen touring Busch Gardens Tampa and SeaWorld Orlando. There has been speculation of a possible purchase of the parks and it may happen sooner rather than later. Considering the parks have been the one sore spot in In-Bev's purchase of Anheuser-Busch, it wouldn't be too far-fetched to assume the company is looking to off-load Busch Gardens Tampa and SeaWorld Orlando as soon as possible.
