Cat Cora's Kouzzina now open at Disney

Walt Disney World's newest eatery, Kouzzina by Cat Cora, has officially opened at Disney's Boardwalk Resort. Replacing the former Mediterranean-focused Spoodles, Kouzzina's is also mostly a Mediterranean affair, with a focus on Greek dishes, and is open for both breakfast and dinner. Specialties include Crisp Calamari, Cinnamon Stewed Chicken, and Slow-cooked Lamb Shank, with prices ranging from $7 to $13 for appetizers and from $16 to $28 for dinner entrees. DISUnplugged has posted a few pictures of the new restaurant; for those interested in meeting the Food Network chef, she will be appearing at the 2009 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival on October 30.
