Disney adds 5-night vacation deal to arsenal

Disney has added yet another summer vacation deal to its ever-expanding arsenal in the fight against the slumping economy.

Vacationers who purchase a five-night / six-day Magic Your Way hotel and theme-park ticket package will receive the Disney Dining Plan for free. That means three free meals for the entire family each day of the vacation.

So long as booking is complete by June 21, 2009, guests can choose from one of the following packages and receive the Disney Dining plan free (from the WDW Reservations website):

• $58 per person per day for family of 4 at select Disney Value Resorts - in a standard room. Total package price $1,390.

• $74 per person per day for family of 4 at select Disney Moderate Resorts - in a standard room. Total package price $1,764.

• $95 per person per day for family of 4 at select Disney Deluxe Resorts - in a standard room at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge & Disney's Wilderness Lodge. Total package price $2,276.

• $108 per person per day for family of 4 at select Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts - in a studio room at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa and Disney's Old Key West Resort. Total package price $2,586.
