Walt Disney Co. on Thursday entered into a new $2.25 three-year credit agreement with unspecified (at least as far as the AP release is concerned) lenders. The new agreement replaces one of the same amount--but spanning the time of four years--that expired Monday of this week. Disney has stated that the credit will be used to support commercial paper borrowings and various other "corporate purposes". [AP via LA Times]
