Explosion at Indian theme park kills nine

An explosion, caused by what officials describe as an "improvised explosive device," has killed nine people at the Lumbini amusement park in Hyderabad, India. The blast, which reportedly came during a laser show at the park, killed seven immediately. Another two victims
died later at an area hospital. According to reports, hundreds of park visitors were on hand when the explosion occurred.
