Goat set to return to Disneyland's Big Thunder

A dynamite-chewing, audio-animatronic goat missing from Disneyland's Big Thunder Mountain Railroad attraction since November is expected to return to its previous spot in the attraction in the next few weeks according to park officials. The LA Times reports that although the official response is that the nameless goat is "on vacation," it is actually receiving a new coat of fur from Disneyland's maintenance department following years exposure to the elements. The goat is perhaps best known as the center of a trick well-known amongst park frequenters in which riders train their eyes on the goat throughout a certain part of the ride's track in order to increase the sideways G-forces.
