Legoland Florida hiring 800

Opening on October 15th Legoland Florida has started to fill 800 job positions. Job canidates can now start apllying for positions in operations, retail, and food service. Pay starts at $7.75 an hour and many of the jobs are seasonal though there is potential for permanent jobs. Polk County officials hope that the jobs will help with their high unemployment rate which stood at 10.8 percent as of April.
Teresa Vaughn, the diretor of human resources on the project, "Customer service and a kid-focused approach are two key attributes we're looking for in a Legoland Florida 'Model Citizen. We call our employees 'Model Citizens' because that's what we expect."
