Man dies after riding Kings Island's Firehawk

A man died yesterday after riding the Firehawk roller coaster at Kings Island. Park officials say the man was experiencing labored breathing when the roller coaster came to a stop at the station. The man was treated by park employees before being rushed to Bethesda North Hospital.

The man died later that evening at the hospital. The Firehawk roller coaster is closed until the the state performs a mandatory inspection of the ride. [Theme Park Insider]
