Yesterday a 70 year-old man was pinned underneath a ride vehicle on Peter Pan’s Flight, a suspended dark ride in the Magic Kingdom’s Fantasyland. Apparently the man, who was riding with his wife and granddaughter, fell off a moving conveyor belt — used to carry guests

alongside the moving vehicles for easier entry — and into the path of the next ride vehicle. A worker immediately stopped the ride, and the ride remained closed for the rest of the day.

“There is no indication of a ride malfunction, and we anticipate the ride will be open [today],” Lissette Campos, a Disney spokeswoman, said.
