Rumor: Captain EO returning to Disneyland

An unnamed source--as always, get your salt grains ready--has informed Screamscape that there may be a shocking announcement planned for the D23 Expo later this week: The return of Captain EO. It seems Disney may be planning to re-launch the Captain EO attraction in January 2010 for a limited, one-year run. While Disney had been looking into a way to bring the attraction back to Epcot, plans have it coming only to Disneyland. Stay tuned for more information coming out of the D23 Expo.
