Six Flags Over Texas applies for alcohol permit

The Dallas Morning News reports today that Six Flags has applied for mixed beverage permits for two of their parks in Arlington, Texas, Six Flags Over Texas and Hurricane Harbor. Local residents have been vocal in their protest since Six Flags submitted application for the license in January of this year. A two-day hearing began at 10 a.m. local time this morning for protesters to voice their concerns on the matter. The judge will then have 60 days to come to a decision.
