Superman, Bugs coming to SFSL

Six Flags has announced the biggest expansion in Six Flags St. Louis' history, the highlight of which is the Intamin Giant Drop tower ride Superman Tower of Power. Preliminary stats for the ride indicate that it will feature a 230 foot tower and a drop speed above 60 mph.

Also new to the park will be the Bugs Bunny National Park, a new kids area with rides and attractions designed to be shared experiences for both adults and children. Rides in this area will include hot air balloon replica's, a flying rocket ship, a miniature drop ride, spinning tea cups, a spinning tugboat and a miniature train. The area will also feature a 3-story tree house play structure and an interactive water play fountain. More pics available after the jump.
