Video: All is not right with Universal's Rockit

For some time now, guests visiting Universal's newly opened Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit roller coaster have had differing opinions of the ride experience. Many have said the ride was smooth as butter while others have claimed that the experience was comparable to driving on a road of endless speed bumps at 60 miles-per-hour. Universal has yet to explain what, exactly, the problem is, but it has been clear that a problem exists. The video below is a great example--if unaltered--of this very problem.
