The Beast at Paramount's Kings Island is a classic wooden coaster. Once the holder of several world records, The Beast is still listed in the Guiness Book of World Records as the Longest Wooden Roller Coaster in the world. A custom design, the coaster encompasses more than 35 acres of land. It is located in the Rivertown portion of the park.

Lifthill comments: This truly is a classic coaster, with an ending unlike any ride I've ever ridden. If you want to get the best experience, try riding it late on a Summer night — the tunnels provide endless darkness filled with screams once the sun goes down.
